2. What are your business hours? We are available between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM CEST+1 everyday.
3. Where are your products manufactured? All our products are designed and produced by us in Sweden.
4. How do I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
5. What payment methods do you accept? We accept a list of payment methods, e.g., credit cards, PayPal, Apple pay, google pay, Klarna etc.
6. How long does it take to receive my package? Most of our products are made to order and are usually shipped within 2-4 days after the order is placed. After that, the package is typically delivered within 2-10 business days, depending on the destination.
7. How can I track my order? Once we have shipped your product, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that trackable shipping is an optional add-on that you can select at checkout. Standard shipping is not trackable.
